TUESDAY

Modo Flow @ 8:30 pm

Wind down your day with a dynamic, fluid practice that links breath with movement. In this heated 45-minute Vinyasa Flow, you’ll move seamlessly from one pose to the next, building heat, releasing tension, and finding calm before bed.

WEDNESDAY

Yin Yoga @ 8:00 pm
 

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that works deep into the body’s connective tissues—ligaments, fascia, and joints—through passive, long-held postures. In this unheated evening class, you’ll gently release tension, improve flexibility, and invite a deep sense of calm to close your day.

THURSDAY

Start your morning with an energizing 60-minute Vinyasa Flow in a heated room. This breath-led practice moves you through a continuous sequence of poses to awaken the body, build strength, and cultivate a clear, focused mind for the day ahead.

SATURDAY

Modo Yoga @ 8:30 am
 

Hatha Yoga is a balanced, accessible practice that aligns body, breath, and mind through a blend of postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and mindfulness. In this 60-minute morning class, you’ll hold poses with awareness, building strength, flexibility, and a deep sense of connection to start your weekend with clarity and calm.

SATURDAY

Give yourself the gift of time on the weekend with this 75-minute heated Vinyasa Flow. Linking breath with movement, you’ll flow through a longer, more spacious practice that allows you to explore poses deeply, strengthen the body, and leave feeling both grounded and uplifted.
